Wow, wow, wow! I am very pleased! I'm not going to give any spoilers here, but I would like to give my opinions. The show has become much more cinematic, which I love. It adds another level of intensity. And I was very happy that all the characters were back to making their quirky jokes and getting into the same kind of messes as usual. I felt that the circus case was a bit anticlimactic, but after Catherine woke up, that's when all the excitement really began. I was also very happy with myself to guess that she wa doing a rape kit before she even started (this may seem like a weird thing, but I didn't want to make any spoilers.)
But that dollhouse thing was just pure creepy. Some of my friends even stopped what they were doing and stared at the TV screen with me, transfixed. I can't wait for next week now... AAAGH!
Two thumbs WAY up for CSI Season 7!

I really liked both of the cases, I thought they were very well played out. And at the end, with the doll house, I was like "wait, what's going on?" And it just kept getting weirder which made it awesome! I totally can't wait 'til next week.
Oh and I loved the "I got you a veggie burger" scene.

Haha, yeah. "Where is the love?" I'm so glad I blew my English assignment for that episode, it was totally worth it!

Yeah, the episode was cool. Both cases were interesting and Cath's story was even more. Grissom and Sara's scenes were cute.

Am I the only one who thinks that the final scene with Catherine was stupid? No way any judge would rule any physical evidence she gathered as admissable. She should have called have called it in, surely she can trust her colleagues enough.
One big plus for the episode was that Grissom finally lost that bloody beard. I can finally look at his face again.

Not true, Fogeltje. There are numerous reasons why it would be allowed in court: 1) She's a trained forensic investigator 2) She followed proper protocol as far as the collection went as much as the situation allowed 3) Since they are organic samples collected by herself from herself, there is no way she could contaminate them.
Now, why she went and showered afterwards was just to protray emotion. She shouldn't have done that at all -- she is washing away evidence, and if I found myself in that situation, a shower would be the last thing on my mind. I'd rather call the police and escape!
And personally, I liked Grissom better with the beard... made him look more wise. But no doubt Sara made him shave.

OH MY GOD!!!!!! AAAAGH! That second episode blew me away. Far better than most movies I've watched. Very dramatic, cinematic... it was even better than the season 5 finale, in my opinion. I'm glad you-know-who died, but that was so jacked up to do it right in front of her!
And that maid is so freakin' annoying
GOD I LOVE THIS SHOW!

It was a good episode, but not great. Not by far as good as the season 5 finale, lol. The episode started interesting, but it wasn't resolved very well, in my opinion. Marg Helgenberger played everything really well, but it didn't give my goosebumps like in older episodes. I just feel like the episode could have been better.

Ok, well, it did feel rushed. They are very cinematic this season, and they're trying to cram 2 hours of story into an hour.

Season 7 has high quality this season, I love it. My fav episodes so far have been 'Fannysmackin', 'Redrum' and 'Law of Gravity'. I also really enjoyed 'Happenstance' and 'Meet Market'.

"Ending Happy" - This episode was pretty funny especially finding out how much Grissim knows about strip clubs and hookers. I can't wait to see the finale when you find out who the mini-killer is. ~Sara
