I have seen all of season three of CSI Miami because i bought it on ebay, and i have to tell you, in my own personal opinion it has lost the plot, there is no sense of teamwork anymore since Speed died, i don't think the will ever recover from it.

Agreed. Miami keeps acting like it wants to cross boundaries, which just doesn't work. For some reason the writers don't seem to realise that.

Well, to be honest, CSI:Miami used to be my favourite CSI-show, but the last epis, I don't know, it's like I don't care that much anymore. And H's brother is still alive? Okay, one word: unrealistic. I mean, it could be a real story, but, no, I don't think it does the show anything good. However, I still would love to see how H's brother looks. But that's probably the only reason why I would watch that show. Yeah, one more reason; H. But I don't think a lot of people will agree with me.

you sound angry ;D doesn't matter, I know what hell you're going through. RTL, the channel that airs CSI in the Netherlands, is airing epis I've already seen, since I got autumnbreak! I hope they'll air the sixth season of CSI and the fourth of Miami and the second of NY soon! you like H or not?

scorpii, RTL will show new episodes in March.
I quit watching Miami. The show doesn't do anything for me anymore. The writing is bad and the characters have been ruined. Maybe I'll watch some episodes when they will be aired in Holland.

Wow. I'm shocked to read the downfall of CSI Miami! I used to love Las Vegas and hate Miami, but I have to tell you that I have been converted. I have just seen the first eight episodes of S4 of CSI Miami and they have all been absolutely fantastic. I am totally hooked. I am loving the action and the way the characters are growing. Don't worry, I'm not going to spoil anything for you all but let me tell you that there is a lot of mystery surrounding a couple of the lead characters with questions being raised in each episode. Beside those story arcs, the cases are plodding along nicely as well. The production of the show has really been stepped up. The way they are telling the stories has been interesting and engaging. I am loving the new season so much. Put it this way. I have sat patiently waiting for S6 of CSI Las Vegas to come to the UK (even after the intense S5 finale), but I could not wait for the continuation of CSI Miami, hence the fact that I had to get my hands on the new season. I have not been disappointed. I just hope the new season restores your faith in the show.

I have seen all episodes of Season 4 of Miami so far, Codia, and I really couldn't disagree with you more. The writing has been awful so far. The only episodes that were okay were Three-Way, Nailed and Shattered. But I didn't like the character development in the episodes. Everybody is out of character and Horatio's NY-arc is just plain trash. It came out of nowhere, I wished that they would just stick with the Ray-storyline. Horatio is not interesting anymore now that arc has passed and Yelina is out. The writing of the cases is very predictable, and the motives are always the same (affair, jealousy, money). The only plus I can find is that there is not very much focus on action sequences (except for Urban Hellraisers, probably CSI's worst episode ever). Here are some tidbits on things that are gonna happen. Select the text if you want to see it: Horatio is getting romantically involved with Delko's sister (Can you believe it???!!!!) and she's gonna die (again a dead girlfriend for H. Blegh). And the writers have stated that a little CSI will be born out of Natalia and Delko's relationship, Horrible, horrible, horrible.I miss episodes like those of season two. Those were wonderful. A perfect balance between well written cases and character development. But of course, you can like it if you want!!! I'm glad for you that you are still able to enjoy it. I wish I could to.

..well season three just finnished....es I was getting my seasons mixed up before!
The S3 final dissapointed me
Season 1 and 2 seam like masterpeaces compair to s3.
And from what I hear about S4 the writing is terrable.
Could it be our show is falling apart?

Fabian, trust me when I say I totally respect your opinion. It is obvious that something is going on with the show because everywhere I go people are either loving it or hating it, and I've discovered who falls into which category: Those hating it right now are the ones who loved the first couple of seasons. The people who hated the early seasons are loving the later ones. The Powers That Be have definitely changed their style and it just doesn't suit everybody. I suspect they changed things to attract a new audience, but it's sad that they haven't been able to strike a happy balance that pleases old and new fans. This is going to come across as patronising no matter how I word it, but believe me I'm not patronising anyone. I just feel really bad for those loyal fans who loved the show from the word go and now really dislike what they have done with it, but I am truely loving every single second that I'm watching S4. I am rushing home from work to sit down and watch the new episodes that are coming my way. I haven't done this since the days of Buffy and Angel where I couldn't wait for the new season to start on TV in the UK. When I've caught up with the US and I have to wait for a week for a new episode, the wait may well kill me!

Im worried that in S4 there going to move the stoorylines too fast if you know what I mean...at least if there going to do the enevatable...at least do it tactfully. The upcomming storylines could be good if there developed right!
