i'll help ya out. i love questionares lol
Question 0) Are you US-American? If not, please tell me where you're from? I am American. I live in the state of New Jersey Question 1) How familiar are you with the TV series CSI: NY? I watch CSI:NY every week, repeats and all.
Question 2) Does CSI: NY appeal to you? If yes, why? If not, why not? CSI:NY appeals to me because I've been to the city countless of times and I love it. Almost all my family comes from NYC so I can relate to the attitudes of the characters both main cast and guest cast. The one thing that appeals to me most about the show is the cast, it's the best cast on TV
Question 3) Do you think that CSI: NY appeals to you because you are American? No CSI:NY does not appeal to me just because I am American. There are many reasons why the show appeals to me as mentioned in Question number 2
Question 4) Do you think that CSI: NY is something quintessentially American? If yes, what features are typically American? (Please give reasons why you think so.) I believe CSI:NY is typically American because they show the famed NYPD and have the tough attitudes that some people generally relate to as American
Question 5) Which US-American values are presented in CSI: NY? Fairness, hard work, determination, punishment for crimes, individualism
Question 6) Can you as a US-American identify with the picture of the USA that CSI: NY tries to get across? I can identify with the picture the show tries to get across. NY is an extremley diverse place and that's what America is based on.
Question 7) Why do you think that there is such a craze for CSI: NY in European countries such as Germany, Austria etc? New York City is one of the greatest cities on earth, there's no place like it. The city is a very large place and the show goes into the spots that most people do not know about, the ones that are not tourist attractions, and it fascinates them. That and the cast is great as well with some true New Yorkers in Carmine Giovinazzo (Danny), Eddie Cahill(Flack), Vanessa Ferlito (Aiden Burn) and Hill Harper (Hawkes)
Question 8) The following question can only be answered, if you are quite familiar with the show! Which of the following characters would you consider the typical American guy: Detective Mac Taylor, Danny Messer, or Don Flack? Mac Taylor by far. He is portrayed as a hero and a man who carries himself well. He serves in the US Marine Corp and that is usually a sign of an all American guy.
Question 9) Just for the sake of statistics: could you please tell me which category you belong to: 20-29
