CSI started when I was...9, if i did the math right. So, my bed time was 830, but every thursday night, my family would watch Survivor, and then sometimes my brother [who is younger than me] and I would be allowed to stay and watch the opening scene of CSI. The one episode that really made me want to watch the show was when the teenage couple was running through the playground, the girl fell, and she came face to face with a corpse that had been buried in the sand. That night, i couldnt fall asleep- I kept thinkin about who could have done it, why they did it...etc. Then a while later my dad was watching an episode, and I started watching with him, and, it said -To Be Continued- and thats when I said to my dad --I wanna watch the rest of this-- Since then, Ive been watching CSI, and I have rented the first and second season from the library. The things you remember...

I saw a Miami episode... i think it was "camp fear" once in a hotel room when i was supposed to be asleep. then i rented Miami from the library, and it was interesting and i watched the whole season. Then, when i went back to the library, there was no more Miami- only the original, so i decided that I'd try that. At first, i didn't like it as much, and my favorite character was holly Gribbs (yeah, that didn't turn out so well), so i was pretty upset when she died. But since i had the whole season, i went ahead and kept watching, and by about the 5th episode, i was in love. now my best friend and i are obsessed, and we can find a CSI reference or quote for almost every situation. it bugs the hell out of her boyfriend when we do that ;D

I was in college when CSI started, I saw bits and pieces of the first season (you had to pay $50 a month for TV) and it was good, so I now own the first 5 seasons on DVD. I remember seeing the episode in the first season where the baby was kidnapped and the only scene I saw was the one where Grissom gets the soda bottle off the counter. I called my mom that night (my parents watched CSI every week) and asked her what the deal was with the soda bottle.

Searching for signs of life, & I stumbled onto the evidence, & got hooked on CSI. Like to get a career as a forensic /crimse scene tech. Any real techies out there ? Crime/ Forensic Techies ? Besides if Gil & Sarah can get together, maybe I'll find my Grissum.

What got me hooked? hmm...well, about a year ago I came downstairs to get something to eat and my mom was watching Grave Danger. It caught my eye, so I watched it and when I finished I wanted to see more of Nick and Warrick so I got hooked. I've never seen all of any season, but I think by now I've seen parts of each one but Season 1. Then I watched CSI:NY because I was bored and there was a really cute detective on there *collective gasps because it was Flack and not Danny who started to get me hooked*. But I still didn't watch it that much. Well, if you guys watch Without a Trace, Anna Belknap was in a couple episodes of that so when I saw her on the preview for CSI:NY I was like "Look! It's Paige from Without a Trace!" I just watch CSI:Miami because it's one of the CSI's I'm not crazy about it.

For me it was Horatio (David Caruso). I was flipping through the channels one night and stopped because there was a cop brandishing a gun at a criminal. LOL I love police shows so I watched it and then watched it again later and was hooked. Now I am also hooked on Vegas. I love Grissom and Greg and Catherine LOL I love them all. I have watched a few episodes of NY as well but I don't like it as much as the others although I love Gary Sinise (Mac).

I can't remeber witch ep. it was but it was one of the first season of las vegas. They play it very late at night here in Belguim and i'm a bad sleeper with a tv in my bedroom. Somehow i just started watching it and i loved it from the first minute. The day after I told my mum about it (in colours and smells like we say over here) and the week after she also was hooked. She's always been a fan of more detective series (like agatha cristie, inspector morse and so on ) but now she likes csi the best

my dad and brother used to watch it and i decided to watch it one day, i think it was a season 6 episode, the one where a sister says she killed a girl that her brother actually killed and resulted in reasonable doubt, that was the first episode i ever saw. and gradually i started watching CSI more and ending up buying all the boxsets off ebay

CSI:LV was unmissable and i made my parents and friends watch and we have agurments over which charcter we like best and where the next spin off should be set.

my grandparents got me hooked to CSI... actually they got me hooked to most of the shows i watch lol. i can remember them watching an episode when i was walking out of their house one night and me being only like 11-12 at the time i was a little scared.... low and behold it was "Sex, Lies and Larvea" they were watching and it's now my all time fave CSI ep. my first real CSI ep i watched was in 1st season for the ep "I-15 Murders" and that freaked me out b/c of the frozen women. love CSI and CSI:NY i can watch both shows all day long.
