Note: I was wondering what Horatio thought after Marisol had died in Rampage (which I've seen last tuesday), and when I got bored in maths (yesterday), I decided to write down what I think he thought. I hope you enjoy it and I'm eager to read opinions on it. Oh, and I hate Marisol. But Horatio's cool.
Disclaimer: As much as I want to, I don't own any of the Miami characters. Though I'm sure even *I* could do a better job than some of the writers.
"You're a dead man"

Anger is a strong emotion. It can take total control of people.
Horatio could understand that now, finally.
And Marisol had died.
He was going to get the men responsible.
Memmo Fiero and Antonio Riaz.
They were responsible for Marisol's death.
It was hard to have clear thoughts, it was all a blur.
And at the same time, his thoughts were so clear it hurt.
He would get Fiero. He would get all of them.
They had killed and innocent woman. They had killed his wife.
His wife.
Marisol was - had been his wife. She had just been an innocent bystander in the Mala Noche's rampage to kill him.
So he might be the one indirectly responsible for her death.
But he wasn't the one who had pulled the trigger.
Horatio felt how Eric came standing next to him. His brother-in-law. What was it that always the 'siblings-in-law' survived? Yelina, after Ray. Sure, Ray wasn't dead but still. And now, Eric after Marisol.
Horatio could feel Eric's anger. So much anger in one room, enough-
Enough to kill a man for the murder?
At least enough to threaten a man for the murder.
"I'll drive" Horatio said.
Riaz and Fiero should watch out.
They were coming.
It probably was Riaz's and Fiero's worst nightmare scenario.
Should be.
Nobody should try messing with Lieutenant Horatio Caine.
Pass the warning.
Few days ago I posted it on FF.net, my Pen name's Scorpii (on every site I'm known as Scorpii )
