If i'm not wrong i thought Sara joint the team at request of grissom. She had to investigate the team about the accident of Holly Gribbs. I've just rewatched those episodes and i thought Grissom and Sara met each other at a seminar or a work-shop. I'll quickly look it up in the transcript of crimelab.nl ... tadaa GRISSOM: And as of now we're short of help. So, I'm bringing in Sara Sidle to give us a hand.(cool change) SARA: (smiles) I keep trying to be your star pupil. GRISSOM: Sara, that was a seminar. This is real. Pebbles, tile -- the front is all concrete. (Crate 'n Burial) my guess is they started talking and kept in touch. Btw over here i haven't seen season 6 yet i can't wait... sadly they rerunning it now from season 3 , but i missed a few of those (crapy videorecorder). I don't know when they play it for you guys, but here in belgium it's never at a stady hour, it's always around midnight (gives you bags under the eyes at work the day after but i don't mind lolz) well i'm looking forward to see grissom and sara in there pj's (mm i wouldn't mind if greg was tiptowing around there somewhere in his pj's:))

it just doesn't work when they make the relationship between two characters too explicit. Hints are fine, more than that and you ruin the mystery... Not necessarily. Sure, there have been shows where it hasn't worked out once a long awaited relationship occurs, but I think CSI can pull it off. There have also been a lot of shows that have kept going and haven't lost anything (Gilmore Girls, for instance, when Luke and Lorelai FINALLY got together). I definitly think that CSI can have this relationship there and still maintain the show that everyone loves.
